Pricing and payment

• Plan prices are shown in US dollars per month and exclude applicable taxes.
• Advertising spend on third-party platforms (such as Google Ads or Meta) is separate from our management fees unless agreed otherwise.
• Invoices are payable according to the terms stated on the invoice or in your service agreement.

Results

Search engines and advertising platforms control their own algorithms and policies. While we use proven, guideline-compliant strategies and report transparently on progress, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels or sales outcomes.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and the access needed (for example to your website, analytics or ad accounts) for us to deliver the services.

Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, such as content and website designs, unless otherwise agreed. We retain ownership of our internal tools, methods and templates. Content on this website may not be reproduced without permission.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during an engagement.

Cancellation

Monthly plans may be cancelled with written notice as set out in your service agreement. Fees for work already completed are non-refundable.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Technology Spot is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
